1. Services

On Deck Marketing LLC ("On Deck") provides digital marketing services to home service contractors under individually executed service agreements. The specific scope, term, and fees for services are defined in each client's signed agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these terms.

2. Engagement terms

Programs include a 6-month initial commitment unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. After the initial term, engagements continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
